Le village de Mourioux est une étape du circuit du Taurion à faire à vélo ou en voiture. Il est également étape sur le chemin de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle.
 
Sur le parvis de son église une fontaine d'eau potable coule en permancence, sur la route, une autre fontaine est aussi à disposition des voyageurs.
Pour la petite histoire, en 1230, Gauthier de Mourioux pris le chemin de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle en portant la croix, d'où son incription en ville étape.

Vielleville était autrefois un groupement de ferme dont le bourg principal était Mourioux. Avec la construction de la ligne de chemin de fer, Vielleville est devenue le bourg du secteur.
 
Outre l'étape qui constitue ce village, la fontaine Saint-Rémi, quelques centaines de mètres sur la route au sud, sort naturellement du sol et remplit l'ancien lavoir. Aussi, une balade sur les hauteurs vous permet d'accéder au Dolmen du Four des Fardes (des Fées) et pour finir, sur la route vers Vielleville, s'arrêter pour visiter librement l'ancienne scierie hydraulique.
